Are they cotton reels or spindle sliders? Well they are both really!! The Cotton Reel is mounted to a special, black-anodised aluminium bracket (included with the kit). The product will give protection to the swingarm area in most crashes. Also the bike can be lifted on the Cotton Reels, using a paddock stand with hooks (suggest R&G code SH0001). For rear wheel removal, you can take the Cotton Reels out of the aluminium blocks and insert them into the paddock stand bobbin screw holes. Suitable for the BMW S1000RR '10- , S1000R '14- , HP4 '09-, S1000XR '15 - '24 & S1000R Sport/  M Sport '21- '24 & M1000R '23- '24, M1000XR 2024 models.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
  • All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
  • If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
  • An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
  • After the item has been successfully returned to us.
  • After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
