Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.

Products may be exchanged within 7 days upon delivery date in the following case:

  1. Product received is defective upon delivery

  2. There is an error in the product you received based on your purchase made online or in-store

To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it with the original packaging. For apparels, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and still have their clothing tags intact. 

You may exchange to another item:

  • Exchange to lower value item - No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
  • Exchange to higher value item - A top-up is required.
  • Discounted value (if any) of the item paid will be exchanged.

  • Invoice number
  • Photo proof of defects or wrong product sent
  • Contact details for our team to reach you at

Our team will reach out to you within the next business day to follow up.

Products that are exempted and strictly non-exchangeable:

  • Any purchases of motorbike accessories after consultation from our sales team in our workshop.

Our team has put in the effort to understand your requirement and advised accordingly. The decision to purchase is on the customer’s discretion before making payment. Upon payment and confirmation of installation/servicing, the transaction is deemed sealed.
