The carriers are model-specific and do only fit the motorcycle listed on the manual. Thanks to the construction made of German quality steel, Hepco & Becker luggage racks guarantee maximum strength and a very high level of safety. Thanks to the high-quality coating and with proper care, the look is retained in the long term. If necessary, soft luggage can also be lashed down without any problems. The carrier offers many possibilities for this. If there is not enough space, the carrier can be combined with the Hepco & Becker universal rack extension.
- Recommended load: 5kg (Please note the model-specific information as well as the motorcycle manufacturer-specific information. Heavy luggage should generally be transported on the rear, but in the side cases or the tank bag.
- Can usually be combined with side case carriers or C-Bow holders without any problems (note the installation instructions and model-specific information)

Once an international order is placed, it is strictly non-refundable, especially after the order has been packed and dispatched.
All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price. This includes any fees arising from customs clearance, refusal, or abandonment of the package.
SteadyMoto is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages once the shipment has left Singapore.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
- All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
- If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
- An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
- After the item has been successfully returned to us.
- After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
