The fixed side case carrier in black is specifically designed for your Honda CRF 1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports starting from the year 2024 onwards. It is securely attached to the motorcycle frame, providing a sturdy foundation for nearly all Hepco&Becker touring side case systems. The cases are securely fastened to the carrier using a metal locking mechanism to prevent theft. An additional locking adapter is required for this purpose, which is usually included in the delivery of the side cases. This locking adapter is attached to the carrier on the rear right and left sides, providing the receptacle for the case locking mechanism. The model-specific carriers are solidly designed and offer effective protection for the rider's or passenger's legs in case of a fall. The side case carriers from Hepco&Becker can usually be combined with our rear carriers without any issues. Please refer to the installation instructions and model-specific guidelines for more information. The construction is made of steel tubing and is manufactured in Germany. The surface finish is of high quality. The carriers fit most Hepco&Becker hard-shell side cases. Please pay attention to model-specific guidelines for each carrier for possible limitations. The turn signals usually remain in their original position, but may need to be adjusted in some cases to ensure the correct light angle. Included in the delivery are the carriers for the right and left sides, the necessary installation materials, and an instruction manual. Luggage systems generally do not require ABE or registration. The tube diameter is 16 mm.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, customers should first contact the courier or local delivery partner using the tracking information provided.

Where necessary, SteadyMoto will assist by raising an enquiry or investigation with the courier or our shipping platform.

A shipment will not be considered lost solely because it is delayed. A refund, replacement or other resolution will only be considered after the courier's investigation has been completed and/or the shipment has been officially confirmed as lost, subject to the applicable courier's terms, liability and shipping protection.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Requirements

All customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country and for providing any information or documentation required by local customs authorities.

SteadyMoto is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance or the recipient's failure to comply with local import requirements.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, unpaid duties/taxes or customs clearance issues, any resulting charges will be borne by the customer.

If the shipment is returned to SteadyMoto:

If the cost of returning the shipment exceeds the refundable product value, no refund will be payable.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging before opening it and retain all packaging materials.

Contact SteadyMoto as soon as possible with photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products.

We will assist in submitting a claim to the relevant courier where applicable. Any claim or compensation remains subject to the courier's investigation, terms and applicable liability or shipping protection.
