SWITCH is a Sold Secure secure-rated folding lock with a unique SWITCH system allowing for easy carry on bike or body. With premium hardened steel bars linking to quality steel rivets, SWITCH provides Sold Secure rated security and extended locking length which can be folded down into a compact portable package. SWITCH features a carry clip for wearing on belt or bag strap. If you prefer to carry a lock on your bike, the included SWITCH bracket and SWITCH plate allow you to seamlessly swap between carrying a lock or a water bottle on your bike without having to change the holder or use a tool. Ideal if you are using your bike for commuting and leisure.

    Returned Shipments

    If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
    • All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
    • If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
    • An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
    Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
    • After the item has been successfully returned to us.
    • After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.

    Damaged Parcels

    If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
