The high-quality finish is already visible from the outside. The front is decorated with an anodised, screwed aluminium plate with discreet Xcore embossing. The side case itself is made of two highly impact-resistant plastic shell elements. Polycarbonate and PBT provide the necessary toughness and a first-class design matching many machines. This makes it a pleasure to ride over country roads or explore new regions in the best possible condition.

Even when you're not sitting behind your handlebars, the Xcore side case offers you advantages. As usual, you can rely on our theft-proof design: The case can be locked to the C-Bow holder from Hepco&Becker. So your luggage can stay on your bike during your break. When you arrive at your destination, extend the sturdy carrying handle with logo lettering and check in elegantly to your accommodation.

There you can stow your luggage in the locker and explore the area on two wheels without worry. Or do you want to take touring luggage with you without weighing yourself down with a backpack? The side case can be locked separately and opened on both sides - making it ideal for keeping food, rain gear and more ready to grab when you're on the road. Packing is also easy because the lid is entirely removable. The locks we have installed here are particularly practical. This means that you can open and close all the coils of the case with the two keys provided. There is no need to search for the right key, instead, you enjoy all the freedom that a well-designed side case offers.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an international order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind.

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number and other delivery information are complete and accurate before placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Available courier services and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout where applicable. Where multiple shipping options are available, the customer may select their preferred courier service.

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. International shipments may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, public holidays, weather, courier delays and other circumstances outside SteadyMoto's reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the courier, the shipment is handled by the selected courier and, where applicable, its overseas or last-mile delivery partners.

SteadyMoto is unable to control or guarantee the courier's actual delivery schedule after handover.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If tracking has not been updated for an extended period, customers should first contact the courier or local delivery partner using the tracking information provided.

Where necessary, SteadyMoto will assist by raising an enquiry or investigation with the courier or our shipping platform.

A shipment will not be considered lost solely because it is delayed. A refund, replacement or other resolution will only be considered after the courier's investigation has been completed and/or the shipment has been officially confirmed as lost, subject to the applicable courier's terms, liability and shipping protection.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Requirements

All customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges and other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country and for providing any information or documentation required by local customs authorities.

SteadyMoto is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance or the recipient's failure to comply with local import requirements.

Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, inability to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, unpaid duties/taxes or customs clearance issues, any resulting charges will be borne by the customer.

If the shipment is returned to SteadyMoto:

If the cost of returning the shipment exceeds the refundable product value, no refund will be payable.

Damaged Shipments

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the external packaging before opening it and retain all packaging materials.

Contact SteadyMoto as soon as possible with photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products.

We will assist in submitting a claim to the relevant courier where applicable. Any claim or compensation remains subject to the courier's investigation, terms and applicable liability or shipping protection.
