The new Defender EVO series of luggage from BUMOT builds on their reputation for durability and quality and is designed to be the best adventure-grade luggage available . Starting with 2mm aluminium, BUMOT Defender EVO top cases are made with strengthening flanges at the opening and a reinforced case floor to provide an incredibly strong structure. The new quick release system allows for easy installation and removal from the bike without ever having to unlock and open the lid, but ensures the case is fully secured to the bike to prevent theft. The cases are powdercoated inside and out in your choice of gray or black, or a new uncoated bare aluminium finish option available (by special order). The EVO cases are equipped with rear mounted latches with keyed locks (included), zinc passivated friction hinges, and heavy duty weatherstripping for waterproofness. Once an international order is placed, it is strictly non-refundable, especially after the order has been packed and dispatched.
All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price. This includes any fees arising from customs clearance, refusal, or abandonment of the package.
SteadyMoto is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages once the shipment has left Singapore.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
- All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
- If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
- An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
- After the item has been successfully returned to us.
- After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
