The new (old) STREET Reloaded softbags for our HEPCO&BECKER C-Bow side carrier are a remake of the original version of the street bags.
Otherwise, the quality, as well as the attachment of the bags to the bike is the same.

Compared to the conventional fastening with straps under the seat, our system with the C-Bow carrier offers a decisive
advantage: the theft-proof and secure fastening with lock at the C-Bow carrier,
No slipping, no hanging - always beautiful in shape.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
  • All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
  • If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
  • An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
  • After the item has been successfully returned to us.
  • After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged Parcels

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
