All customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price. This includes any fees arising from customs clearance, refusal, or abandonment of the package.
SteadyMoto is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, damaged, or stolen packages once the shipment has left Singapore.
Returned Shipments
If a package is returned to SteadyMoto due to incorrect shipping information, failed delivery, refusal, or customs-related issues (including non-clearance or rejection):
- All return shipping charges, customs fees, and any associated costs will be fully borne by the recipient.
- If these charges are billed to SteadyMoto by the courier, the full amount will be deducted from the refundable product value.
- An administrative and handling fee of 10% of the product value will be charged to cover processing, inspection, and restocking.
Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed:
- After the item has been successfully returned to us.
- After inspection confirms that all products are in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos before opening the parcel and contact SteadyMoto immediately. All claims will be processed through the shipping carrier, and we will assist you where possible.
